We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager who knows how to take command of a job site, manage teams with confidence, and ensure every project is executed at the highest level. RESPONSIBILITY
- Lead large-scale hospitality and commercial projects that demand precision and efficiency.
- Work with a highly skilled team of architects, designers, and fabricators who support every stage of the project.
- Partner with in-house fabrication specialists to develop custom solutions and deliver best-in-class execution.
- Take full ownership of projects, from pre-construction planning to final walkthroughs.
- Grow with a fast-expanding firm that provides a clear path to leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee construction execution, ensuring projects meet Bolt’s high standards for quality, efficiency, and precision.
- Manage site operations and subcontractors, enforcing timelines and maintaining smooth job site operations.
- Work closely with architects, designers, and fabricators to integrate design and construction seamlessly.
- Control budgets, schedules, and logistics, identifying and resolving challenges before they impact the project.
- Ensure compliance with NYC permitting, inspections, and DOB approvals to streamline approvals and avoid delays.
- Hold teams accountable for maintaining the highest level of craftsmanship, safety, and professionalism on-site.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Construction Management experience in NYC commercial or hospitality projects
- Strong track record in restaurant, bar, hotel, or high-end retail build-outs
- Deep understanding of NYC codes, permitting, and DOB approvals
- Decisive leader who commands respect on-site and keeps projects moving forward
- Proficient in Project Management Software, Notion, and Bluebeam
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
COMPENSATION
- Competitive Salary: $85K - $100K with performance-based bonuses
